Disliked: Elevator broken. First room heater and phone didn’t work. Should have put senior citizen on first floor.

I won’t stay there again

Liked: Nice location, and nice front desk staff
Disliked: 1- no elevators2- sheets and mattress covers were dirty 3- side door broken and can’t get into the building 4- I’m pretty sure they don’t use any type of water treatment or water softener because the water has a very bad smell

Liked: Location of hotel
Disliked: TV didn't work , a/c or heater didn't work, elevator didn't work, and we were on the 3rd floor .

Liked: The location is close to Vietnamese town in Bellaire Blvd.
Disliked: The AC is very noisy and the bathroom smells stinky
