What upgrade?

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The floors were dirty in room and in hallways. The spa didn't work and there were dead bugs floating in it. Breakfast? Toast, bagels, cereal, juice and package of oatmeal. Nothing hot to eat. Coffee was empty most of the time. I paid for upgrade on room....rip off don't do it! The phone didn't even work!
