The price was good; the customer service was good. The clerk was very nice. Have stayed here several times - not only for concerts but also the Black Friday Shopping in November. I highly recommend staying here.

Disliked: It was outdated and needed a good deep clean of the hallways and needed a groundskeeper.

Disliked: Cleanliness of bathrooms. Toilet was bad in our 1st room. Then in 2nd room, tub was blocking water flow and not allowed us to take bath properly.

Liked: That we left. GM acted like nothing was wrong. There was bed bug eggs and bugs everywhere on a mattress. Pool was at 54 breakfast was not even worth getting up for! Ants everywhere and mud on our bathroom towels! It was awful.
Disliked: Everything i have pics of the bed bug infestation it had. Keycards did not work. All the locks on the secured entrances were broken. Very low budget filthy infested hotel with clueless mgmt. No wonder they're only 30% full!

Liked: The room itself (single king room) was clean, fresh and unlike some other's experiences, not smelly. The bed was a bit firm for my taste but that's not a subtraction on the hotel's part.
Disliked: The shower floor was in desperate need of some a refresh. Breakfast was... not good. The juice dispenser gave me apple flavored water instead of apple juice. The bread was terrible and the oatmeal was bland with chunks. No milk for cereal at 6:45
