Friendly greeting at check in. Also very helpful getting a shuttle to our concert. Room was spacious and very clean. Follow up phone call to make sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was adequate.

Disliked: The bathroom was a mess, there was a mess left in the toilet and there was a ring in the bathtub. We only stayed a few hours and my wife wanted to leave

This was very frustrating and...

Disliked: I was not allowed to stay here because their computer system was doing an update. They said they had no way of getting a key to a room or even knowing what rooms were available. I then had to find a different hotel.

Very enjoyable.

Liked: It was very good. Being a Bostonian, I liked that you had bagels.
Disliked: Better quality tea bags. More coat hangers in room (mine only had one.)
