Liked: What I liked was that there was a dark-skinned gentleman who assisted me in a technical and friendly manner.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the treatment that the gentleman gave me when I arrived. I felt discriminated against and that is not done to any person. I believe that we all deserve respect when we are treated as citizens.

Bad

Disliked: I did not stay at your hotel! I called Friday( 11/3) & the day of (11/4) asking was the pool up and running both answers "Yes" I get there w/ my daughter & granddaughter I was told the pool was closed. The gentleman was very polite & helpful, but I was very disappointed about the pool! My daughter who does not like the pool as much I asked her what she wanted for her bday she said a pool& to sleep at the hotel!!! Very disappointing

Disliked: Our shower head was broken

Liked: Location is nice and easy , close to a lot . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed comfortable . Staff was very nice . Breakfast was decent . Would stay here again
