Disliked: Only the heating system wasn't good. It was very loud.

Staff members were welcoming, friendly, cheery and professional. Room was immaculate. Night was quiet. Water was hot. Enjoyed our brief stay!

Fair, great location, bad environment...

Disliked: Bathroom fan on ALLthe time. HVAC fans running CONSTANTLY. Every if thermostat was turned off!!!° Hard to sleep

Disliked: The staff. They weren’t nice at all. Also they didn’t help me. And they charge me twice the price for the room as mistake. Now I have to wait days and see if my money is refunded.

Disliked: We had reservations for weeks ahead of time but couldn’t check in till exactly time which made us check in late because of all the people waiting and I’m not talking hours early… our check in time was 3 pm, we arrived at 240pm and were told we had to wait till exactly 3 which is the stupidest thing I have ever heard of. Parking was stupid expensive for attached garage and no discounts given for stay. Room was ok at best thought for the price it would’ve been nicer. Breakfast was plain and not very good and the breakfast staff was extremely rude the way the spoke to the guests myself included. Ice machine on our floor was broken. No vending machines to get snacks or drinks after hours.
