Liked: The breakfast selection was very good
Disliked: The hot tub was not at the temperature to be considered a hot tub, it seemed more like a warm tub. Our sink faucet was very loud in the bathroom, the shower was squeaky, our toilet clogged and when I tried to call the front desk, our phone did not work. There’s only one elevator for the entire hotel so you have to wait a bit to get on, unless you want to walk to the other side of the hotel for the one set of steps.

Lovely hotel

Liked: The hotel is beautiful and blends well with the lovely mountain setting. The room was roomy and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. There is a little market where you can get snacks and drinks and OTC meds.
Disliked: The hairdryer is like all hotel hair dryers: barely useful.

Liked: Great location to visit ASU, SUPER clean (thank you!), daughter and friend enjoyed indoor pool. The several varieties of coffee served were all EXCELLENT.
Disliked: Breakfast just okay, and limited seating. Would have appreciated a little bit better and more hot breakfast options, on a hotel breakfast buffet, I like to see an egg option (this wasn't kept filled), a breakfast meat option, a potato option, and a sweet option like pancakes or French toast as opposed to dry waffles. The food was okay at best and not kept up with Saturday morning demand. Half and half is better offered in a carafe versus the tiny individual cups.
