5 stars. Best lodging place I've been to for a long time.

Liked: Rooms had coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Rare anymore.
Disliked: No restaurant or bar.

Pleasant and helpful staff! Enjoyable stay; pleasant atmosphere; clean hotel and clean room. Conveniently located near SunTrust Park and the Cumberland Mall area. When visiting Atlanta will stay here again!

Disliked: Did not care for the scrambled eggs at breakfast.

Liked: We just stayed 1 night enroute south. Was very nice location. Very comfy beds, good breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Free parking. Didn't get to use the pool or gym.

Not happy!

Disliked: I asked for an invoice upon checking out and was told that it couldn't be generated. I still have an extra day at an inflated rate on my charge card. I called at 5pm because I left my charger and left a message. The next day after 6 calls, I was told by the Manager that those type of items are discarded. Why take a message and have me call back all day instead of stating the policy up front?
