Liked: Staff customer facing was decent. The building could use some love. Elevator door scarred up. Mattress topper lumpy over. SoftNo Hot breakfast served. Things broke. Not repaired

Overall a good stay despite...

Liked: The hotel was in a great location and convenient to lots of food and store locations
Disliked: The staff had overbooked the hotel and ended up having to downgrade the room we had prepaid.

Disliked: Breakfast was inadequate, no protein (no yogurt, eggs, breakfast meats, etc), waffle station inoperable, toaster broken/not functioning … junk truck in parking lot, pictures on website appeared misleading, hvac not functioning properly…manager on site and front desk tried to assist but could not…weed smoke smells were outside and even in hallway … I’m not against marijuana at all, and I live bourbon & cigars, just not where I wanted to spend night for soccer tournament with kids. Felt safe, but felt spoofed from website and Wyndham reputation

Never going to stay here...

Liked: Good price
Disliked: Smelled like weed, not a hot breakfast like the pictures showed, sheets were all pilled made for a ruff feel, coffee did not have all the options as in pictures and orange juice was water.
