I feel bad for people who saved up for a trip and stayed there. There was no hot water, the pillows were awful, the hallway smelled, our toilet didn't work. I don't think I will book again.

Liked: Closeness of the hotel to the venue.
Disliked: No hot water whatsoever in the morning; toilet ran all night and didn't flush properly, and overwhelming chemical/cleaning smell in hallway. Pillows were terrible, rocks would have been more comfortable.

Liked: I like the that restaurants and Disney shuttle was super close by
Disliked: Everything was good just found a hair on the shower wall but other then that everything else was clean and good

Liked: I loved that it is close to everything. I also loved the staff, they were very helpful and kind.
Disliked: The airconditioning in the room was horrible, you were not able to shut it off. I also did not care for the dirty carpet in the hallways, it really made the hotel look run down (which it wasn't).

Pay before your reservation date!!!

Liked: Room was amazing. Staff was very nice.
Disliked: Parking was horrible. They ran my card before I got there and it was declined and they canceled my reservation I made 3 months beforehand. I got an email but I was at the airport boarding a plane when I saw it. I messaged them to try again and they didn't. They just canceled it. This left me to get one that night for $100 more. On top of $50 parking fee and additional deposit of $100. $250 out of nowhere for a hotel room is ridiculous. Never going there again.

Good stay for a good...

Liked: Loved how close it was to Disney parks and local grocery stores
Disliked: Our shower had a drip constantly and behind the door on the floor was dirty

Liked: We like the staff they were very helpful we liked the rooms they were clean and very nice.
Disliked: We didn't like that you couldn't take your breakfast back to your room I've never stayed a hotel where you can have the option of taking your food back to your room so that was different and it was just like a continental breakfast so it wasn't like we had eggs and bacon or anything like that which would be nice I can see maybe not want nope can't even see that cuz other hotels are staying in they've always let us take our breakfast back so work on that I think that would be cool sometimes you have kids and you don't want to drag them all the way down to the room cuz they'll scream in it crying that way you can just take the food back to the room Sit Them Down feed them it makes a little more convenient thank you.
