The room itself was much smaller than I thought it would be, since we reserved a King Suite. I was surprised by the size of it. For us the location was ideal - even though it was in more of an industrial area, the events and venues we had on our itinerary made it an ideal location.

Liked: The breakfast was fairly good and did have a good selection to choose from.
Disliked: Parking lot was a mess. They were being resurfaced and parking was a chore.

Liked: 2 weeks ago we stayed here too and had a few little issues. I left a review and maybe coincidental but the one thing I had a small issue with was resolved this trip! We were highly satisfied. Clean bedrooms, pullout sofa bed, and toiletries were available downstairs if not available in the room. My kids were able to hook up their PlayStation to TV. Pool towels were available and the hottub and pool were not crowded. The staff was nice and accommodating. Breakfast was nice and plenty to choose from! My kids loved that there was lemon water and hot tea available throughout the day and night.

Bad

Disliked: The rooms were renovated but the outside building needs a lot of work ! Maid service was not reliable and breakfast provided was not very good.

Liked: I like the newly remodeled rooms. It is spacious. Heater and ac work great. Comfortable beds. Clean. The pool is nice and clean. Hot tub is also a great plus of having.
Disliked: I had some issues with hot water not being available or running out very quickly. Also, there was no towels available when we went down swimming when we asked for some.

Superb

Liked: I've stayed there before and I enjoyed it so stayed again. Except this time the pool was not as warm as last time.
Disliked: There were three of us in the room it would have been nice to have towels for three people. And an extra blanket.

Like going through a filthy...

Liked: Room was clean, spacious, updated.
Disliked: Exterior was grimy, damaged, sticky and broken. Needs a thorough power wash. Monthly. Breakfast was awful. Broken machines, no cups, empty containers for hot and cold foods. No milk, drinks etc.

Good thing is, I'm not...

Liked: Price was nice for a quick stay overnight. I like that I would be able to cancel the hotel even that same day.
Disliked: There was NO hot water for us to take showers after a long drive. I heard some other customers complaining about this and so I did not mention it to the person at the front desk. The bed sheets also had some dark stains on them. The breakfast options were also sub-par. Burnt eggs, few add-on options, old orange juice from the freezer, no tissues readily available, and no to-go cups for coffee.
