Disappointed that they were unable...

Liked: The room was comfortable and the shower was hot.
Disliked: There was no microwave and the fridge didn't work. We called for a replacement microwave and they said they didn't have any and would have to move us rooms. We would have to pack up and move to the other side of the property. We had brought cold pizza for dinner so we ended up eating it cold. When booking the room I checked to make sure there was a microwave and fridge.

I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: I like the room, wi fi, staff and breakfast. Location is good too.
Disliked: Keep up the good work 😃

Run down, noisy and a...

Liked: The room itself was okay. The staff was helpful.
Disliked: Let’s start with the fact that my room was $100 and I now have a $100 charge and a $200 deposit charge on my bank account. Next, the hotel is right off the freeway and there was a gap all around the door so the freeway noise was like the door was open. And the someone was smoking marijuana outside and that smell came in too like they were smoking in the room. Finally the outside was very run down. I would encourage La Quinta to throw a few bucks at this place so it slightly resembles what I think of when I think of this chain. I feel bad for the staff. They all seemed to be doing their best.
