Very friendly staff and I had a great time. Best hotel I have stayed in.

Liked: Sunrise and looking out from the window seeing the airport and stores that were close by.
Disliked: None.

Liked: The only thing I liked was the free shuttle to the airport.
Disliked: The elevator was very old and felt like it was going to breakdown. Hallway floors were very dirty. Found trash in my room along with a pair of flip flops. Shower curtain was stained, and shower/bathtub itself didn’t look all that clean.

Liked: Being close to the airport was nice. And having several restaurants in walking distance.
Disliked: The employee, one in particular was so beyond rude. When asking about their shuttle to the airport, they informed us that they don’t start till 5 and I should have done my Research before booking the hotel. Umm what?! I do not recommend it, I will never be back, and am truly disappointed in this stay and experience.

Poor

Liked: Not much. I travel around the US every week for business and the hotel was in need of extensive maintenance. This was among the bottom 10% of the 1000+ hotel stays I've had.
Disliked: My suite's toilet did not work at all. The fridge didn't function either. They changed my room but the second room's refrigerator also did not function so I had to keep my food in the employee refrigerator while they changed my fridge out the next day. I received no compensation or apology for all this trouble. A minor nitpick, but their breakfast hours (7AM-9AM) were so restrictive they might as well not offer it. I did not get the chance to try it. I would not return to this hotel.
