Sick employee and 2 bugs

Liked: I like that the bed was comfy.
Disliked: I didn't like that the lady that helped us check in, was sick. She couldn't speak, her voice was gone, she kept coughing. WORST. She didnt wear a mask...2nd . We found two bugs inside

Liked: The location was good.
Disliked: We had to keep getting our room key redone. Standing in the dark while my husband had to go to office to get the key fixed. They also took forever, 3 calls, to get our deposit back.

Liked: I guess I should be happy they saved my reservation for a room. It wasn't the room type I reserved but I was told at least we saved a room for you.
Disliked: Everything else. How is this in the La Quinta brand? Would not choose this again. Literally makes me rethink La Quinta all together. Obnoxiously loud and noisy. People knocking on all doors all night long on the first night. The table in the room was so wobbly it seemed like it could collapse if anything was put on it. Fan in the bathroom did not work. Shower had light water pressure and the water would go between hot and cold constantly instead of a steady temperature. The breakfast should not exist. The packaged muffin was sour. The apple juice was pink. The eggs were watery and the biscuits were cold. This place needs some serious adjustments maybe starting with ownership and going down the line.
