Hidden fees.
Liked: Quick and easy check in, accessible room.
Disliked: Wasn't told there would be an addition $100 to my bill that wasn't on my receipt. I demand that I have my money back today. Most hotels have a $50 deposit that doesn't even get charged charged to my card. This is ridiculous.

I would like a refund...
Liked: Key access to room and lobby were working.
Disliked: No exterior light fixtures work. The corridors are extremely dark and guests aren’t safe. The breakfast was minimally serviced. With no meat/ protein options. Property held a $100 pet deposit upon check in and pre-authorized my CC 4 times during my stay. $400 deposit for 4 days stay. Property claims to be 100% smoke free. Entire property is dirty and the staff needs to find other employment. Owners and management are not hospitable nor accommodating and when I voiced my concerns about my room cleanliness, I was informed I could check out. Typical response when staff hasn’t been trained to care for the guest! It’s obvious by the way they treat their own property. They take no pride in their jobs and they are literally, running the property into the ground. Simply from lack of training, leadership and revenue management! What a shame!

I was less than pleased...
Liked: Location was good.
Disliked: It was uncomfortable and had a lot of cigarette burns on things in the room. It also did not seem like it had been properly cleaned and was rundown.
