Liked: Comfortable beds and very clean.
Disliked: Noisy neighbors. Not the hotel's fault.

Good for the money. We received a room by the exit door. Unit 138. Starting at 6:00am the door started slamming as people started leaving. I forgot to pack our own pillows and the 4 that came on the bed were terrible. Very lumpy and should be replaced. Waffle breakfast was great in the morning. Unit was clean and bed was very comfortable. The restaurant that is in the same parking lot was awesome - Winking Lizard. Great food and good prices. One minute walk from the hotel. Overall a good stay. I would definitely come back.

Liked: Nice staff; clean; comfortable bed; microwave and fridge in unit.
Disliked: Very noisy if you are near the exit door. Pillows were terrible.

Liked: The staff here rated a 10 plus, they were so friendly and accommodating. We traveled for the solar eclipse 2024 and they even gave us a printout of possible viewing locations. Breakfast was well stocked and managed. Our son left his favorite stuffy and they packaged it for us for a ups pickup! This was a perfect location from Cleveland and the Cuyahoga national park where we visited.
Disliked: The room had some ants and it could have been a bit updated. The armchair was pretty worn.

Liked: Staff was great, it's in a nice location, and it was very convenient for getting to and from Cuyahoga Nation Park during the eclipse. The AC worked and had the ability to leave the fan on all night for white noise.
Disliked: It was the style of room where the sink wasn't in the bathroom. I suppose that can be convenient for families and I get that it saves space, it's just not my preference. I think they're a bit behind on maintenance.

Disliked: Smoking area was right in front of entryway, had to walk through smoke and the smell came into lobby and breakfast area.
