I have never had such a poor experience in all my hotel stays. I stay at hotels an average of 150 nights a year. I paid for a three night stay and stayed only one night, with refusal of a cancelation refund.

Disliked: Bed was worn out. Also plans changed at check in and counter person said they were not able to cancel the next two days stay.

Disliked: Several of the breakfast items were out of stock for multiple days during our stay. I can understand running out one day but I can’t understand not having it again the next day. There is a Walmart across the street to resupply. Example yogurt and juice were only available one day of our stay. How is not possible to obtain those for the next three days? Additionally there were shortages of oatmeal, cutlery and milk. I know that the hotel may have been fullOr nearly but the staff should’ve been aware of that (because reservations!) and planned accordingly.

Liked: Decent breakfast selection. Does have a pool and hot tub.
Disliked: Pool and hot tub were out of service. Floors visibly dirty in hallway and stairwell. Bed was broken. Was told it was a pet free room, but there was animal hair on the office chair. I have super bad allergies so it was a problem. Staff though polite had a ‘this is how it is’ attitude with no effort to solve problems.

Liked: They were friendly. The room was large.
Disliked: Too noisy. Heard people, dog, and I think something digging in the wall. Very noisy hotel room. Toilets too low.
