I have stayed in this location twice, both times for a concert and it is very close to venues, but from the 1st visit to this 2nd visit the hotel looks more like a motel. It looks run down and the rooms are very outdated and very used. I don't think I would stay there again even if the venue was 5 minutes away.

Liked: The location to the venue.
Disliked: The bed was lumpy and smelled; the bathroom was dirty (there was long hair and pubic hair in and around the tub); there was no shampoo or soap; the A/C was not cooling enough; the phone did not work; the door to the room looked kicked in and the lock did not work.

Disliked: There was a man who was working the front counter who was very rude. There was no housekeeping. When I asked for clean towels it seemed to be a bother…my toilet backed up when I brought this to the attention of the man at the front he again acted as if it was I bother. I was told maintenance would be in to take care of it by 11:00 am. I returned to my room at 5:00 pm and nothing had been done. This is filthy & disgusting!!!! When u requested a new room I was immediately moved by a woman named Hannah, which I very much appreciated!

Disliked: No WiFi, Ice machine broken, oily refinished floor, smelled like cigarettes in a non smoking room, shower slippery, and no ADA compliant handles, no in room coffee. I paid over $400 because of markup for the total eclipse. Scary access to facility from one way frontage road with people exceeding the speed limit, very dangerous. Some shady people hanging around the back of the complex near where my room was. I was afraid my car was going to be broken into. Removed all valuables.
