The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean. Updated shower and vanity. Comfortable and quiet. Unexpected kitchenette - very cool.

Really enjoyed my stay at this clean, friendly motel. Extended my stay from one night to three while exploring downtown Grants Pass OR. Need to make reservation ahead of time for weekends. I will stay here again.

Liked: Clean room; very nice staff; downtown so walking distance to everything.
Disliked: Noisy street with traffic which never seems to let up.

Liked: I was able to shower and sleep and that is the main thing I needed. Good connection to Wifi and has enough USB charging locations. had a good fridge and microwave.
Disliked: the gap under the door was very large and the heater/AC was very loud.

Excellent Value for the Price!

Liked: Check-in was easy. The room was fantastic in all respects. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, and included a small kitchen. The bathroom had a heater/fan, excellent water pressure, a hair dryer, and stylish bathroom amenities. There was even an ironing board and iron! The owners put some thought into decorating and all the fixtures are modernized and in great condition. The value for the price is outstanding. We will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: The stove didn't work.

Liked: Newly remodeled rooms are nice. Clean. And exactly what we needed.

Great place to stay!

Liked: The property was clean and extremely well-maintained. The rooms look like they were recently remodeled. The TV had lots of channels instead of just basic stuff. Overall a really great place in the staff were so friendly.

Didn't hold up to the...

Liked: The room was clean, and the wifi was good.
Disliked: The bed was very hard. Was woke by the trash truck emptying a dumpster at 5 am. There was a strange sound off and on all night (sounded like the water pipes)

Great place to stay in...

Liked: Super clean, nice room! Large enough. Great bed. Very close to the event we were attending that night at the The Rogue Theater. Everything as advertised. Front desk lady was nice and friendly. Would stay here again.
Disliked: Could have used a pillow or 2 more. There were 3 which is fine, but 2 more would have allowed for some better leg propping. The upholstered chair and footstool were a little greasy looking.

Aside from being a clean...

Liked: This inn is centrally located in Grants Pass so it’s very close to most of the places you might need access to.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything that I disliked about this inn.
