Liked: We stayed in Hillside at knoxville about 2 years ago, nothing had changed from then to now, they maintain the property in very good condition. We were little hesitant to stay as new faces at desk but management takes note of every details, which makes this property safe.

Liked: The hotel was really nice and great value for money, the staff was all really helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and quite well equipped just like a home from home, they were cleaned every day, and the beds were freshly made which was lovely to get in after a busy day. I highly recommend this to family and friends and everyone.

Liked: The hotel is located in a great spot, the staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. We informed them that our flight was scheduled to land at 9:30 AM, and they managed to let us check into our room around 11:00 AM, which was very helpful for us. On our way back, our flight was at 10:00 PM, but we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel, and they even had a toilet and a lounge where we could relax.
