Disliked: it was dirty, there was cockroaches, the towels had a lot of stains and the sheets had holes

Liked: Was dirty, shower have mold, blood on the floor, i requested not smoke room and I will not able to sleep at the room I when to sleep at other hotel!! Really bad experience!!!

Disliked: Not being able to interact with employee who was working, face to face only through a window and it came to process credit card the employee asked me for my pin number and I was uncomfortable with this as I would have liked to put my pin into machine myself was very uncomfortable giving this information as it is private.

Disliked: Expedia allowed me to pay and reserve a room for 2 nights. I had to Uber all the way from the airport to get there. When I arrived they told me they were over booked and that I couldn’t stay. It was late at night and I was jet lagged and I couldn’t believe it. Expedia told me it would take 7 business days to get my money back. Not only that but two of the ladies up front were very short and rude. Made me feel unwelcome and very dismissive, very insensitive and unempathetic to my situation. They ended up closing the lobby just as I was trying to make new arrangements and even told me I had to leave. The overall experience was very disappointing. I still haven’t gotten my money back and I had to Uber to another spot for a lot more money last second.
