Beautiful view of downtown. A once top notch hotel slipped to bottom of barrel. Rooms not worth mentioning; beds not clean, have cigarette burns on covers(even in supposed non-smoking room), furniture at least 20 years old, and a slider door serving as window. While convenient to central Denver, it was not close to restaurants or points of interests for the average person. Staff was semi-helpful, only a few knew english as a first language, you had better understand spanish. I am glad that my son was there because a man came to door and knocked even though Do Not Disturb sign was on door knob, when my son answered the door he backed off fast, what did he have in mind? Traveler beware there are always those looking to take advantage of people who are visiting a new city. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING HERE.

Pros:  The breakfast served in morning.
Cons:  Reminded me of temporary housing for those without a home. Room heat when on was a motorboat. No hot water for shower. No channel guide for limited channels on television. Wi-fi slow to react and come on so laptop could be used. I want my money back.

I would not stay here again. The only good thing was breakfast.

Pros:  breakfast
Cons:  holes in walls, lopsided toilet, no clock, phone didn't work, drywall on ceiling falling apart in bathroom

Unsanitary, better sleep in the car because you wont use anything in there. Grossest place ever!

Pros:  Nothing! The health dept should shut them down.
Cons:  Everything! It redefines the phrase hole in the wall.
