Pretty cool hotel. Beware the drinks and food stashed in your room ($$$$), it looks very delicious at 3am after a show. Bathroom was great. The added sewing kit was particularly useful for me. The doorman was a little rude to me when a porter was helping me make a phone call (I'm deaf). That was my only complaint.

Liked: Literally around the corner from House of Blues. Could safely walk to and from concert venue in the cold weather.
Disliked: Who are all of the guys standing around in suits? Porters? It was kind of weird. It had a mob feel in a way.

Liked: It was located really close to our boat tour, called Architectural Boat Tour. Really close to the train too!

Disliked: Breakfast was miserable, it says in the web and here in Booking.com “enjoy our continental breakfast” and when we went for it, it was a tiny room stuffed with people with looong uncomfortable lines to reach orange juice bought from the supermarket and some nasty muffins. There was no coffee, no fresh eggs (boiled eggs tasted terrible), they put small packed cereal and packed oatmeal. Totally disappointed. Wish the parking would be easier and cheaper if you’re staying at the facility, but it’s what it is.

Liked: This hotel was in a great location - easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was simple and clean. The breakfast included was really good. The staff responded in a timely manner to any requests we had.
Disliked: We were put in a handicap room so the water from the shower went all over the floor. We had to request more towels to clean it up multiple times. This was not a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. There is a nearby parking garage, but it is a bit pricey
