Exceptional

Liked: Spacious suite with separate sleeping and living areas. Its in the heart of downtown, close to an array of great restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Clean, beautifully designed, luxurious, hip place to stay. Hotel members get a 1pm checkout.
Disliked: The bathroom door slider is hard to slide and we d rather a door that locks. Would be nice if the rooms came equipped with an extra set of sheets and blankets for the pull out couch (though it was no problem requesting them from the front desk).

Liked: The staff were amazing
Disliked: Some confusion regarding in house restaurant. One wait staff did not understand we were staying in the hotel and gave us 'this side of rude' treatment because we wanted a late morning croissant snack with tea and coffee - in the restaurant after walk.

Disliked: Not keen on shower curtains over baths

Fantastic Hotel in the heart...

Liked: Beautiful hotel - rooms are very spacious and updated. Restaurant and bar both incredible. Hotel is in a great location.
Disliked: Only parking option was valet
