Overall, our one night stay...
Liked: My husband and I loved the location; how close it was to Dupont Circle with a wide variety of restaurants. The staff were welcoming and always helpful. The room was smaller than expected but modern with a very comfortable bed.
Disliked: The only problem was the air-conditioning which wasn't working properly. It would be cold one moment and then warm.

Disliked: The staff was rude and unhelpfulThe housekeeping was loud and noisy every morning. Knocking on door at 8:30 am Then returning after 6 pm only to find room not cleaned Room was never vacuumed or wiped for 5 days Front desk lady was so rude it was unbelievable Will never stay there again. Moved out after 5 days. Went to another hotel

Liked: I was disappointed that there was no coffee/tea in the morning complimentary. I paid over 5.00 for a cup! Most hotels provide a complimentary coffee/tea bar in the lobby for guests.
Disliked: I was disappointed that there was no coffee/tea in the morning …complimentary to guests. I paid over 5.00 for a cup of coffee in your restaurant. Most hotels provide a complimentary coffee/tea bar in the lobby for guests. Also… there is a fee on my bill for “AMENITY” fee of 25.00 a day. We were offered complimentary water at the desk and a glass of wine b/t 5-6pm. Complimentary is what we were told. Then when I asked the front desk attendant re the “AMENITY” fee. She told me it was for the (”COMPLIMENTARY”) water and glass of wine (1/2) glass actually. This seems very insincere of your business and I have been to many different lodgings that have never charged an “Amenity” fee unless an item was used in the guest room for a charge… ie; snack or beverage other then water. I would not recommend your hotel based on the insincerity of your charges and hidden fees for “amenity” that are offered complimentary. Your business misrepresents itself and that is really disappointing.
