Liked: poor service feels like a factory, no personal or human touch. nothing complimentary: not even water(7$per bottle), no kettle, no bathrobe, no slippers, no room service at night, no toothbrush glass, two paper cups for 2 queen beds, only 2 teabags, nothing in the fridge(even payable)….and the most incredible: 32$ for a breakfast “buffet”(only 4 items!) and a charge for more than one cup of hot water for the room!!!!to say the least: an overall very unpleasant experience for almost 700$ a night!on top of all that, the swimming pool was not even usable

Liked: The resort was very nice. Great pools with plenty of chairs. The beach was extremely nice and clean.
Disliked: There is no social life for singles. Everything closes down at 9 pm

Overall, it was relaxing stay,...

Liked: Had breakfast, off the facility. Like the access to the ocean and the pool. Service was very accommodating. Enjoyed their new sushi bar. Very good.!
Disliked: Checking in they didn’t communicate our needs as well as they should have. No accommodation to travel agents checking out the facility may not use the facility in the future for my clients.

Lovely resort, remarkable value

Liked: Pool and beach setting are wonderful, great range of restaurants both in resort and very close by. Staff are lovely, attentive but no pressure
Disliked: Not much to grumble about. There is some construction but it is quiet and discrete. Room service every other day but if you ask they'll restock or similar inbetween.
