Disliked: Overpriced.

Liked: Super clean, and the staff was AMAZING! They were helpful, friendly, and suggested great places to eat. Shuttle service was excellent and speedy, too! We'll definitely stay there again.

Valet people need a raise

Liked: All of the valet people were supper nice and helpful ! And they were busy looked like they were short staff. But did an amazing job!! 10/10
Disliked: The sewer didn’t work . The staff did not communicate information. The elevators were so slow had to wait about 10 minutes to go downstairs to pick up my car. Poor valet had my car there waiting for idk how long holding back their job and other people. Paying for breakfast, paying for parking .

Disappointing -

Liked: The secondary property was fine.
Disliked: I had a reservation - and was told the property was oversold. So I had to move to a sister property (close to the original). I was told there was a shuttle to bring me back to the other hotel. When I asked about the shuttle later that evening I was told the shuttle driver left, and basically - find your way back.. I'm like - wow, ok... So I ended up taking a Lyft. I have since joined Bonvoy - as my co-workers booked through Bonvoy and were not booted..

Exceptional

Liked: I liked that the location was close to my family and the staff were quick to fix the shower head and drain
Disliked: having to pay for parking

Definitely recommended

Liked: super comfortable beds. Nice staff good facilities. Walking distance to country club plaza and Nelson Akins Museum landmark.
Disliked: Location is not the best many homeless and dirty streets on the way from Dowtown to there.

Disliked: Had to wait FOREVER for elevators. Upon arrival there was animal feces on the carpet in our room. We were offered to change rooms but we were exhausted at that point so they cleaned it up. Bathroom had mold in shower.

Disliked: I had to pay the property because of some sort of mishap, between them and booking.com. so I paid booking.com and I also.had to pay the property. AND GUESS WHAT???? BOTH OF THEM GOT THEIR MONEY AND NEITHER WILL PAY ME BACK.

Disliked: Cheap toilet paper, dim lighting, not enough creamer for coffee, didn’t get fresh washcloths on second night, had to pay for parking, one elevator was down so waited a long time every trip out!
