1. The room was filthy. There were pubic hairs on every surface in the bathroom. We had to scrub the tub out before we could give our child a bath. Attached to the stool was a "booster" with handles for the elderly and disabled, and stuck on the inside was fecal matter. 2. At 9:45pm we were sitting in the common area when security guards informed that a 10:00pm mandatory child curfew was being enforced even though the pool was open until 11. When asked for an explanation, we were simply told "That's our contract. You have 15 minutes." Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I booked a queen room but they notified me at check-in that the room wasn't available so I had to take a different room with smaller beds.
