Disliked: Have been going here for a few years but seems the rates have gone out of this world now. Not too happy about that

Disliked: After I checked out, I was found an unauthorized charge of $118 with the description of "Purchase" from the hotel. I have called the hotel accounting department several times, leaving voicemail on the first time. I have heard no response.

Liked: My reservation through Booking.com was not valid. The clerk couldn't find it anywhere not even the confirmation number. We were still able to get a room though and it was $31.00 cheaper than through the Booking.com app.
