Liked: The hotel location is perfect door staff excellent, clean, updated rooms
Disliked: Paid for a room that came with executive room privileges and they gave me a hard time getting it even when I showed my e- bill on my phone. Plus at check out they charged me twice for parking didn't know it until my reviewing my credit card charges.

Liked: Location was great! The bed and bedding was absolutely amazing!! We stayed at the four seasons last time and we enjoyed this hotel much much more. I would love love music in the lobby and a great big bar

Disliked: Slightly noisy at night but I suspected that being on Canal but it quieted down enough at night. Would def stay again!
