We had a great weekend...

Liked: When we checked in, we were treated amazingly well. Nathan helped us with the check in process. He was very courteous and helpful explaining the layout of the facility.
Disliked: The service at Drakes Bar was very slow. I think they were just understaffed for the amount of patrons that were there.

Disliked: Very bad service have book room for 3 nights and 2 nights bathroom shower was not working at all have complained to management and still no fix 2 days we have to stay without shower. Very bad service Was not expected this bad service from jw marriott. Never going back. Better to have a motel then this
