Disliked: There was a lot of inconvenience with multiple security checks whenever we entered the hotel in the first 24 hrs. Although we received an email about it, the road was closed to traffic when we reached so we had to transport the luggage in the rain. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities were only given when we requested for them. Although a spare bed was given, no pillow or bedding was provided until we requested for them. Overall, considering the charge for the room, I was disappointed.

Liked: Great bed, pillows, quiet room, great view. Some of the staff were great , there was construction going on in the lobby, overall really enjoyed my stay
Disliked: Some of the staff were not up to the standards of the hotel, in the breakfast room, and a few others but some staff were amazing
