Superb

Good service and staff but...

Liked: Staff were all excellent and helpful. Beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for our plans.
Disliked: Shower was lower than our head heights! Not been thought through. Drilling / maintenance work was started v early which for international guests like us was v annoying. Bathroom / room felt a little dated.

Liked: Excellent and helpful receptionist that helped me with good and personal shopping spots.
Disliked: Got a room next to the elevator, good thing I’m not woken up easily.

Disliked: I did not get clarity on why I was charged extra amount after check out. I received no communication or receipts and was charged a large amount on my credit card

Good & bad - mixed...

Liked: Location. Efficient checkout.
Disliked: Spa nonexistent and gym could’ve been better (only one treadmill operational), cleaning staff & bell boys great but some kitchen, gym & service staff generally lacking friendliness & in fact arrogant.
