We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were very clean; everything was close to the hotel.

Liked: Clean rooms.
Disliked: Not much to pick on the menu from the restaurant.

We were pleased from our first approach with the valet service. Then the front desk staff was amazing, rooms fantastic and the restaurant inside the hotel has great food. Whenever I visit Milwaukee again I will definitely be staying at the Intercontinental Hotel.

My wife and I stayed overnight after a concert at the Riverside. Overall a great weekend, and will definitely revisit next time in Milwaukee. Thanks.

Disliked: Pizza box from their own restaurant does not fit in the mini fridge. The little drawing station didn’t have much to use and none of the pencils were sharp. The record player was terrible, and parking was incredibly expensive.

Liked: Our room was away from elevator and noise. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the uniqueness of the theme. Hotel was located walking distance to Fiserv which was perfect and parking was next door so super convenient. Loved walking through and looking at the galleries and breakfast choice of lounge or restaurant.
Disliked: Lounge breakfast was not as good or as many choices as restaurant but we were not told about the restaurant until we had already sat down in the lounge. Had to repeatedly ask for more coffee as the server never offered.
