Very, very happy staying here. Location is great and the staff are very attentive. The room was very clean with super comfy beds and good size bathroom. Also very quiet room. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: intercontinental is my go to spot. Friendly staff, clean, classy, pool, hot tub.
Disliked: They always upgrade me to with the option of a higher floor or a junior suite. This time they put me on a higher floor. when i asked what about a junior suite on a lower floor they said it would be extra. i did not take it of course. Then when trying to book the room another night through IHG the agent through text blurted out a crazy price…. and i was like, “so it’s cheaper off a third party website. then she wrote, “ let me check the lowest we can go” she came back and said, “ we can do $$&@$) would you like me to take care of that booking now? So it was more that the booking.com price, so i booked my appt as an Elite member and they can’t ever match the rate of the 3rd party site.

Disliked: Some of the bathroom amenities looked old like the hair dryer. Room looked like it was rushed being cleaned.

Cozy, quite, and very comfortable.

Liked: Location was accessible to restaurants, bars, shopping.
Disliked: When we arrived we booked online and when we checked in, they were trying to charge us more money. The manger was super nice and made an exception for my group and gave u the price we booked with through a 3rd party which was 208 and not 243.00
