Great stay in Cleveland

Liked: The clean lines of the public areas (quasi Japaneses aesthetic?) won me over on arrival. Actually, I was won over by the wonderful valet parker in the driveway--she set the tone for our visit. The room was spacious, supremely comfortable (two chairs for once! great beds). Dinner in the restaurant was superb. Ditto the breakfast in another restaurant.. Extremely helpful concierge who sent me up some shaving cream when I found I had forgotten mine. This is a first rate establishment.
Disliked: Everything good.

Hotel Room Booked, But Stayed...

Liked: The staff were all great... however the conditions were not.
Disliked: For some reason, IHG appeared to open up their convalescent home to IHG members during the Final Four. Our room was on Floor 14 with what looked like patients in robes, pajamas, etc. We all ended up getting incredibly sick when we all returned.

Disliked: Everyone was nice nothing that I didn’t like it

Liked: Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Toilet was not cleaned fully, After lifting the toilet seat it appeared to be diarrhea splatter under the seat.
