I will definitely stay here...

Liked: Location was excellent for my business travel needs. Room service was prompt and the food was delicious.
Disliked: Restaurants were closed for renovations.

IC - stay away until...

Liked: Location. Friendly staff
Disliked: Renovating the main floor so you didn’t have access to any of their restaurants except this small area for a $40 breakfast. The loudness of the renovation doesn’t allow you to have a phone conversation on the main floor BUT you also can’t go up to the meeting floors bc they are all occupied. Bar in the rear of the property accommodates about 10 people so could never go in there for a drink. Room service delivered wrong order. IC has the audacity to charge almost $500/night during this renovation period and you get no true value in return. I should have went 1000 feet down to Harbor Hotel
