Exceptional

Liked: Always good.
Disliked: We didn't get our room before we left home and so surprised to pay $160.00 plus tax for what we usually pay $58 to $70. for. We always stay there because it is close to our daughter's house. We are retired and can go anytime.

Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush. Hair dryer wouldn’t heat.

The over charge put a...

Liked: It was a great location
Disliked: They charged me twice for my room and wouldn’t refund all of it until I checked out. Have not been refunded yet .Never have had an issue with Comfort Inn doing this
