Convenient location in a very hip and fun neighborhood; easy access to airport.
Disliked: Older building that could use some cosmetic touch-ups.

Should they invest in an upgrade, add an elevator, get new air conditioners, and provide parking I might consider staying again. Oh, who am I trying to kid, no I wouldn't.
Liked: Staff was very friendly, almost apologetically so.
Disliked: Old hotel in disrepair. Air conditioning (small window unit) couldn't cope at 70 degrees. Skip this one in favor of a Motel 6!

There was no parking when I got there, so they should not advertise that there is parking available when they do not have adequate parking. They offered parking at a nearby grocery store, but that parking closed at midnight and the concert was over at 11:39 - not enough time to get the car from the garage where it was parked to the grocery store. The shower didn't work - the water only came out of the shower head in a trickle, and the hot water had to be turned up full blast in order to be warm. The buses on the street in the morning are very loud especially if you have been up late and need to sleep. Dicks behind the inn is good for late night snacking. They will try to get you to eat at a more expensive eatery, but Dicks is very cheap and good.

Building is very old. Not a problem if everything was restored. Suggest using nicer comforters (down comforters w/duvets would be nice) to improve the quality of the bedding and comfort of the beds. A mirror in the bedroom room would be helpful. The entryway to the hotel and the courtyard are nicely landscaped and adds to the charm of the whole place. The restaurants in the Queen Anne neighborhood are great! Price was good.
Liked: Atmosphere is quaint/charming. Staff is very upbeat and friendly. Close to lots of good restaurants and Seattle Center.
Disliked: Paint in bathroom was peeling and there was black mold on window and walls above shower. Hot water in tub could not be turned off all the way, so ran constantly. Need mirrors in bedroom.

Sheridan was very nice. The guy who checked us in was very rude.
Disliked: It was not nice, old and shabby.
