Great Location ! Nice hotel...

Liked: This quant little hotel is located directly facing the boat docks at the Everett marina and is also located right next door to Naval Station Everett. If you get a room with a view of the marina you can wake up to a cup of coffee in your room and a possibility of seeing seals in the marina. Has nice restaurants within walking distance to choose from.
Disliked: It used to be a private hotel and is now part of the Choice groups. It is a little bit on the older side and so the heat and AC in the room is a wall mounted hand controlled unit. Some of them work well, some of them do not work very well keeping the room warm when it is cold outside.

Liked: I love this location! It's really nice!
Disliked: Coffee in the rooms is only okay and the breakfast is not great. 100% prepackaged. I'd rather have a less expensive room and no breakfast or a real breakfast made onsite and pay more.
