Good

Liked: The beds were comfortable. Is non smoking hotel so no foul smoke odors. Was quiet at night. Breakfast was okay. Had a waffle and yogurt. They also have cereals.
Disliked: Break ins are horrible here. People scout to see if you are working a show in the building next to the hotel. Signs posted everywhere (not responsible for damage to vehicles).

Liked: The staff was friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room had a broken sink wouldn't drain and was stuck. Air conditioner barely worked. Chairs were broken so couldn't sit at table.

Decent room at a great...

Liked: Great location. Breakfast was skimpy. room was clean but repairs need to be done to the bathroom light switch AND the biggest issue was the mold on the bathroom ceiling
Disliked: Mold above the shower and the bathroom light switches
