Disliked: The people in the room next to us were obnoxious and loud all night and into the morning. I went down to the desk to complain at 4am. When they sent someone up it did not get any better. They then started slamming doors and banging on walls. I showered and left around 7am, and they were still at it. Worst $300 I have ever spent!

Very close to IU/PUI Natatorium. Clean and bed was comfortable. Captain of Valet parking was extremely nice.

Disliked: Food and menu could be better. Parking fee extremely high.

Overall a good stay, however...

Liked: The room was nice and very clean. I liked that we were able to access the indoor walkway to get us closer to Lucas Oil, since it was very cold and windy that day. Upon check out the staff was very helpful getting our car loaded. Valet had our car ready and waiting for us.
Disliked: Small bathroom for 4 guests, however we made it work! There did not seem to be enough staff during the check in process. We were in town for a concert at Lucas Oil and the wait for valet and to check in was very lengthy (greater than 15 mins.). Then we had to wait in line over 15 mins to catch the elevator to our room. Seemed like there should have been more staff available for a quicker process knowing this concert was happening over two days.. maybe they got it right for Friday night's guests, but could've done better for Thursday.

Liked: Lobby, location, sky walk
Disliked: Elevators! 18 floors and only 3 working. 2 huge events place was packed and we waited 30 min to take elevator to our room. Another 20 to come back down. Also line at check in.

Pleasant

Liked: Location was the best. The room was clean.
Disliked: I feel the price was raised for the Comic convention that was happening that weekend. It's disappointing that I paid $400 for one nights stay that weekend but for Pop Con in April (26,27,28) the prices are $179.

Way too overpriced for what...

Disliked: I was placed on the top floor when I requested a lower room so water pressure was horrible and had a difficult time keeping room cool from rising heat
