Too loud and uncomfortable

Liked: Clean room, friendly staff
Disliked: VERY loud! Every footstep above us sounded like sledgehammers. The pillows were not good quality and were very uncomfortable (too thick, more like a throw pillow). Also, the bed made too much noise (sounded like plastic under the sheets) and the mattress was uneven and not supportive.

Surprise fees and staff cutting...

Disliked: Staff said pool is heated, but it was still cold. Besides that, while the pool is supposed to be open until 10pm, in reality, the staff collects everyone's towels at 8:30pm while everyone is in the pool without telling anyone. When you check in, they add an extra tax on the resort fee, on top of all the fees listed when you book online. This is probably even illegal. When I complained, the staff was quite rude.

Disliked: No eggs or bacon

Liked: Good location. Nice amenities.
Disliked: On your sight you mention all taxes are included except parking. They insisted the extra 15.75 they were charging for a bed tax was not included in what we paid to booking .com. Please check into that. Hate to be surprised with extra fees not expected even if you can afford it. I felt it was a bit fraudulent on their part.
