Liked: The lobby was beautifulThe employees were nice and attentive and Room was cleaned daily. If the rooms liked like the lobby I could definitely set paying what we paid
Disliked: The rooms were dated, mattress definitely needed to be replaced.We were placed in a handicap room but that was not my request and when asked to change they were unable to do so. The accommodations did not match the cost, I expected more updated furniture like the lobby in the rooms but that wasn't the case.

Liked: Safe neighborhood. quiet. ample parking. friendly staff. nice lobby. large tv screen.
Disliked: room did not feel like a Hyatt Regency. felt more like a middle market hotel. your branding of this hotel perhaps should be reconfigured. including breakfast with price perhaps would have made up for this misperception.
