A very nice stay

Liked: It has a very convenient location for its proximity to museums and monuments, and to the train stations.The room was clean, comfortable.
Disliked: There was a lot of pressure on the shower, it was no serious problem, but it was a bit hard to adjust flow and temperature.The coffee maker used very particular capsules, not Nespresso.

Very good

Liked: Perfect location. Walking distance to the capitol, union station, & the mall. Trolley stops in front of the hotel.
Disliked: Corners of the tub/shower had black molds; cleaning lady was not friendly at all; some of the front staff do not smile

Just okay, seems older, kids...

Liked: The room smelled like urine the first day. The housekeeper cleaned the following day which took the smell away.
Disliked: Rough housing at the pool. Teens throwing a football hit me three times. The servers in the restaurant (not all but several) ignored my son and I for a while on at least three visits. I had to ask for creamer for my coffee literally three times one morning in the restaurant.

Liked: the indoor pool

Liked: Located close to the train station and local transportation
Disliked: Did not use any of the facilities but still required to pay a daily destination fee plus tax on that fee. Located two blocks from a homeless shelter. Felt uneasy walking out at night.

Good

Liked: I didn't even know there was breakfast. None of the staff mentioned anything about the facility.
Disliked: The late check out had to be paid.
