The hotel is in a great location; provides underground parking with in and out privileges; the staff were friendly and welcoming; the rooms were clean and updated, despite not offering a mini fridge. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had an overall great experience. We have stayed at various Hyatt's before with little to no issues.

Disliked: No mini fridge in the room which is extremely disappointing.

Requested a double bed room (smoking) and it wasn't ready so we ended up taking a Queen size bed and asked for a cot. We got into the room and realized there was no way a cot would fit in so we ended up switching our room to a non smoking room. Good looking room, however, it was very small - we kept banging our legs up against the corners of the beds. The shower is small so if you are a bigger person don't bother showering.

Disliked: I chose Hyatt for my birthday requesting a secluded room beforehand to avoid disturbing others. Assured no nearby guests, I was unexpectedly asked to leave due to music at 11:55 PM. Despite my immediate willingness to comply and rectify the situation, the staff exhibited a regrettable lack of understanding and empathy. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to grant me even a moment to address the issue were disappointing & unprofessional. By 12:15, I was forced out with my luggage. Unacceptable.
