When room is not available...

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: The room we booked wasn't available, so instead of getting possible better room, i was offer handicap room. I was given breakfast voucher which made it seem better but discovered breakfast was mild and i was among many clients who received this voucher.

Exceptional

I enjoyed it very much.

Liked: Beautiful interior, friendly staff, and room was clean.

Liked: Peace and quiet and comfortable bed
Disliked: The bathroom was too small

Always thought Hyatt Regency is...

Liked: We ask about breakfast she said it was not included put paid $165 a night other hotels you pay $90 a night and you have everything included
Disliked: Swimming pool was cold. Jacuzzi does not work/ have one shows you guys do Breakfast did not provide breakfast so it was not included in my package. Lots of hidden print.

Disappointing

The hotel needs better housekeeping...

Liked: The dining area is nice & the pool is beautiful. Free fruit infused water in the lobby is awesome and the lobby is gorgeous.
Disliked: The bathroom was disgusting and someone’s hair shavings were in it. The shower was vile. This is our third time staying here and had nothing but amazing things to say about the previous visits. This time it was rancid. We won’t be back.

Disliked: Carpet freshener was way too strong and unpleasant.
