Superb

Liked: Enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and lovely and clean. Loved the shampoo, body wash, and body lotion dispensers in the bathroom......good quality products. Great towels, beds and linen. Reception and valet were great and very friendly....no comment on a few of the bar and restaurant staff. But I am aware that the wages for wait staff in the USA are very poor/low so I guess you can only expect that.

My 50th birthday getaway!

Liked: The Riverwalk, sitting on the balcony, eating outside, & watching the cargo ships go by.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: Location made it easy to walk and do the tours and dinner choices
Disliked: We were given a internal room that faced the courtyard, felt like i had to keep the shades drawn the whole time. I think the window had some type of filter that would allow you to see out, and others couldn't see in? Not sure, but just felt like because we were next to the elevator we had to keep the shades drawn

Disliked: No free breakfast. Parking is a challenge. Valets not overly friendly.

Convenient, nice, nothing special

Liked: Convenient location near the river walk.
Disliked: We had an inside room that looked out onto the inside hotel plaza and the elevators. Had to keep the curtains drawn when you needed privacy. Generally the room was dark and a bit dreary. The valet parking system was not well explained - we had to figure out that you pick up your car in the garage, not in front of the hotel where we left it off.
