I'm very disappointed with the Hyatt.

Disliked: The Harlem Globetrotters were also staying at the Hyatt. They were running in the halls and slamming doors all night despite several calls to the front desk to ask them to interceed. We were hoping to have a lovely brunch on Monday - my friend ended up not staying the night due to the noise and I left at 9am Monday and no breakfast.

Disliked: $8 for a bottle of water and $25 per day for parking :(

Liked: Pool location and staff fridge on room, the breakfast was good though came in takeout package and charged 18% service fee
Disliked: Bed very uncomfortable, ac not very good, plastic cups floating in the pool, a lot of noise could hear adjoining room going to bathroom. Woken at 2 am by other patron talking loudly in the hallway. Coffee in room wasn’t good

The personal was extremally professional...

Liked: I missed my fresh orange juice, I was told that they don't pressed fruit for fresh "natural" juices but instead have bottled ones.
Disliked: breakfast beverages quality, (fresh organic vs produced bottled ones).

Unbelievable

Liked: The location. The room is big and clean.
Disliked: The parking lot is not safe and you have to pay $25 to park your car. The barrier was open when I entered, so everyone could access it without any problem. Poor lighting in some areas which can create hiding spots for criminals, increasing the risk of theft or assault, especially during the evening or night. I was scared when I parked in and walked to the hotel entrance. I don't see any security patrols or cameras around. So, can make it easier for criminals to target vehicles or individuals. When I complained about that the manager told me that unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for that because who manages the parking lot it's a third part but the hotel has authority to charge me $25 without any problem. Unbelievable. No care about customer service and safety. It is very disappointing.

Valet person was very racist...

Disliked: breakfast and valet service was terrible. the child at the valet desk was very racist and disrespectful towards me and my wife. we where in town not only for business but for my mother in law funeral and to have to deal with such disrespect was very upsetting. unfortunately because of this we would not stay at this location again
