Liked: Location, and clean and spacious room
Disliked: It took the property really long (long meaning several days) to reply to inquiry messages at times (I already arrived in the US when I received their reply). And when I received the reply which was about transportation, they simply asked me to check Google Map with no other information provided. There was leaking in my room which they did send staff to check and fix quickly. During my stay, there were some events and I had to call them two nights in a row as guests attending the event were still making noise late at night (11pm and after). But they did send staff to handle it. When I asked for direction again during the stay, the staff at the front desk simply asked me to take a Uber.

Disliked: Carpet could have been a little bit cleaner

Disliked: There was a creepy guy who was hanging around the exit by the parking garage. He followed me and a co-worker out waling behind us before we confronted him. He followed other women too.

Liked: Nice newly refurbished rooms, a great improvement on what was there before
Disliked: Needs double glazing because of traffic noise from the very busy highway (one side of building)
