Superb

Nice hotel, but overpriced.

Liked: The room was clean and the mattress was VERY comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I didn't like that there's not both a bottom and top sheet on the bed. The duvet was thin, as were the extra blankets we requested. Also, there was no information about the hotel or the amenities in the room. I didn't know where the ice machines were, what the WiFi password was, etc. Finally, there no advance info about where to park if taking advantage of self parking. FYI - it's across the street from the hotel entrance marked Gate 1.

Perfect location, nice room and...

Liked: Its location was perfect. I was attending a concert that ended up being next door.
Disliked: The operations lady was truly a rude person.

Exceptional

Great Staff and Location; Facility...

Liked: With it being attached to Rupp Arena was great for the concert we attended. The staff was amazing. We had issues with our room missing a drawer and they moved us rooms and took into consideration my son loves being up high.
Disliked: You could tell that they are trying to improve the property but there were patches of paint missing, the carpet in the hall was not tacked down well, water damage on the shower, drawer missing, and a cloudy window.

I am looking forward to...

Liked: Hotel staff was phenomenal. Front desk and valet were very knowledgeable of the area.
Disliked: Add more room lighting, seemed a bit dingy and need to repaint or clean the walls
